Provides the possibility of viewing the marketing communications previously issued to the network, as well as commercial and technical information for the solutions:  Report consulting (MLUs near to expiry), Client Management, Contract Hunting etc. You'll also receive the valuable dedicated presale support.

Marketing Support

A series of Marketing services to differentiate your company and gather new business opportunities: visibility for you and your business, space for your integrated and vertical solutions on the Microarea Portal, use of partnership logos, access to the Microarea marketing funds for on-site activities, support for creating success stories, usage of Microarea e-learning platform to provide support and training to the Community about the Partner's add-on products, access to the Microarea Forum.

Technical Support

Includes services such as assistance request, news regarding the forthcoming and scheduled updates, and lots more. By means of the portal, the Clients can access information at any moment in time and from any place.  From the Portal, it is possible to insert reports and to monitor their progress.  Clients can access the product Service Packs, as well as the documentation useful to accomplish their daily tasks.
