As is known the current historical moment represents a particularly difficult situation for young people looking for work. Estimates shows that during 2013 about 32% of people under 30 years is unemployed.
As a reverse trend, some realities are able to recognize and appreciate the capital represented by young age resources, that are able to bring energy, updating and proficiency within the company structure. We are facing a best practice and a quality investment. Both these factors deserve to be highlighted. We therefore wish to investigate this phenomenon from the inside, listening to the living voice and the stories of these young professionals, starting from Mago.net Logistics team members.
With this idea, an afternoon we meet for an informal chat about the professional experiences of our "under 30". The impact could not be better: freshness and desire to tell abound. We get straight to the point with Agnieszka (Aga for her friends), management engineer with a Masters in European Union Law. Given her even linguistically expertise (Polish, she knows perfectly English and Italian), in addition to being part of the logistics test team, Aga is an expert of the many Mago.net foreign locations. She also provides foreign training and assistance. "The Microarea experience has begun thanks to my linguistic abilities, that are then discharged even in the technical field. Now here I am, to follow foreign locations complex area: it is a challenging and varied sector, that brings me constant incentives and keeps me very busy". The chance to "get busy" is a fundamental value even for the colleague Anna. Provided with a strong practical sense and a computer science degree, Anna generates continuous improvements to Mago.net Logistics Area, especially with a view to 4.0 release. Currently Anna is working also to the graphic interface "... it is a very demanding procedure, that allows me to get a more in-depth ERP knowledge" she says with clear enthusiasm. All the colleagues have same passion in talking about the human factor: "Here in Microarea environment is made up of helpful and enthusiasts professionals: an essential prerequisite to properly and profitably form oneself within the company."
Francesca graduated in applied mathematics and speaks with conviction of the new skills she acquired thanks to her profession; "Operationally, I deal with anomalies solution in Logistics and I'm really learning a lot in terms of programming ... but most of all I learned how to relate at interpersonal level in a highly professional environment." Francesca deals with the needs related to Mago.net strong international vocation, interacting with Brazil in particular, in order to make the Mago.net use experience 100% aligned with this promising location peculiarities. It is then time to speak for Filippo (after he completed his chivalry duties)§; he tells us he arrived in Microarea after a degree in computer science and previous employment experience. Filippo is focused on Mago.net components development in the warehouse logistics area. He is specifically concentrating on mobile applications and on WMS Mobile (handheld devices) features. "I've been in Microarea less than a year, but I had the opportunity to study in depth Task Builder development platform, in order to take full advantage of its potential. Microarea work environment is definitely an added value. Initiative is encouraged at every level, in addition to clear organization and strong individual responsibility".
Recognizing professional potential of these highly skilled young people is here the main strength. Here's the secret to create a good, efficient and productive team: applying best practices and promoting initiative, cultivating and expanding potential and talent.
