The law requires the keeping of the Accounting Inventory Book for all companies that adopt the ordinary accounting regime.
The Accounting Inventory Book module allows you to print all the statements composing the Inventory Book, with the possibility to include attachments to the print. The attached documents can be Mago.net reports or statements set by the user.
The module includes the documents to be issued/received management, that allows to specify an adjustment account on posting an issued or received document, and to generate an automatic adjustment entry with accrual date in the previous fiscal year.
The module can also manage reclassification schemas in order to produce reclassified balances according to customizable and flexible layouts.
Accounting Inventory Book is available for all Countries and needs the Financials module.

Statement in Accounting Inventory BookThe Accounting Inventory Book is made by a special procedure that requires to select statements to be included in the printout: Balance sheet, Customers/Suppliers Trial Balance, EU Balance Sheet, Accounting Inventory with amounts detailed for each element code of the Reclassification schema, Documents to be issued/received list, Fixed Assets Journal, Fixed Assets in Balance Sheet Notes. The Attachment master data allows to define which further statements have to be included in the Accounting Inventory book: attachment can be reports already present in Mago.net or statements set by the user, where amounts are manually entered or are calculated according to accounts balances.
Documents to be issued/received management
Documents to be receivedAdjustment entries of documents to be issued/received are automatically generated in the previous fiscal year on saving an issued/received document, posted in the current year, where an adjustment account has been specified. The management includes a printout with final fiscal year amounts of Invoices/Credit Notes to be Issued/Received accounts detailed by customer/supplier, required by the Accounting Inventory Book.
Reclassification SchemAs and Balance Analysis
Reclassification Schemas The module includes the advanced management of reclassification schemas in order to produce both EEC Financial Statement for the accounting period (via Basel II EEC default schemes), and any reclassified financial statement, according to customized layouts. In particular, in the Reclassification Schemas you can act on the "Line Type", that can be "Normal" (to calculate the reclassified account balances), "Title" (to print just the description), "Progressive Total", "Subtotal" (up to 3 levels), "Apart Calculation" (which does not participate in the calculation of subtotal or total).
