The procedure processes the data already found within the accounting documents, as well as in the Sales and Purchases documents, in order to generate a file to be then sent to the Tax Agency. Furthermore, the content of the Tax Communication can be printed in a report.
The list of documents to be sent will be displayed in a grid, where it is still possible to include or exclude any given document from the Tax Communication.
Since the law requires to communicate also the operations with an overall yearly amount not under an established limit (for example lease contracts, charter etc.), the system allows to group together documents having common data, like the Job, Contract Code, Project Code, or a special new group code introduced for the Tax Communication.
