This page should be used exclusively in case Microarea portal access credentials (user name and/or password) were lost.
In particular:
- In case you forgot your “user name”, you can restore it by providing your exact e-mail address associated to the access credentials. In case the same e-mail address were associated to more than a credential pair, restoring your “user name” will not be possible.
- In case you forgot or have the password blocked (access is blocked after repeated errors in inserting the password), you can obtain a new one by providing your exact e-mail address you registered along with the creation of your access credentials.
In both cases, once the operation is correctly completed, you will be sent the required datum via e-mail.
