What stands out in particular is the refinement of the now essential Tax Communication (Spesometro), born also thanks to the feedback of End Users and Partners provided in the Microarea Community Forum, advice that Microarea decided to integrate (giving an ear to the needs and requirements of who uses Mago.net everyday) within the Tax Communication module in order to make it become even more functional.

The above is true specifically for the Italian scenario. Nevertheless, the SP7 enriches Mago.net also on an International level: thanks to the many optimizations, the ERP has ergonomically speaking improved. A new Service Pack is now available to all Mago.net users: all that is needed is being subscribed to the Microarea Live Update service in order to download now the update.   

The dozens of improvements included within the SP6 range from the warehouse to accounting, from WMS to manufacturing and EasyBuilder. They improve significantly the usage experience of Mago.net. Very interesting are the new features relating to the report printing in PDF format: it is now possible to use any type of printer "of reference" in order to manage the characteristics of the PDF being created, this with delegating such aspect to the system preferential printer. Easy, simple and effective!  

Improvement in the management of the barcode dimension printing and "isolation" of the TaskScheduler processes to increase its toughness: these are just a couple of the new features that will surely attract the attention of a wide array of users.

Dedicated to the Italian users is the module named Spesometro, which allows a better management of the connection between the invoices and credit notes.

The SP4 for Mago.net 3.5 includes a significant number of updates that improve the usage experience of Mago.net. Most enhancements bring benefit to all end users, some are specifically designed for the Polish market, while other target Switzerland, Romania and Hungary.

New important features improve the usability of the Quality Inspection.

The WMS module increases the elasticity of the procedure regarding the management of the units of measurement during the inventory phase. On a logistics level, the management of the supplier lot is now available from the goods receipt document. Also the WMS Mobile gains benefit from the many new features that improve the module on an ergonometric level.  

The highlight of the present Service Pack for the Italian users is, without shadow of doubt, the introduction of the "Expenditure meter" ("Spesometro" in Italian), specifically created for the generation and control of the communication to the Tax Agency in relation to the VAT operations equal to, or greater than, 3000 Euros. The module presentation is expected to be the 31st of December 2011. Make sure you are equipped by then.

The refinement of the VAT codes updating procedure, in the documents and masters, is truly invaluable. The procedure, created in order to address an on time requirement of the Polish market, is updated in order to be used in a simple, safe and fast way to change the VAT code in those documents needing to be invoiced, and in the masters, increasing from the "usual" 20 to the "new" 21.

Following further modifications by the Tax Agency on the VAT operations declaration, Microarea promptly released the Service Pack 5, this few days after the issue of SP4. Also, the updating procedure of the VAT codes on masters and documents has been improved further. The procedure is more useful than ever, this in few days from the increase of the VAT rate from 20 to 21%.

The SP2 is ready to enhance further the usage experience of Mago.net 3.5, thanks to numerous interesting improvements for everyone, along with specific new features aimed towards the international market.

Furthermore, in order to enter the clients, suppliers and items masters in a simple, safe and gradual way, you can now apply the "draft" copy level for such information.  

New features are also included in EasyAttachment, the easy and effective document management system for Mago.net, able to integrate itself perfectly with the Security module in order to offer an ultimate level of privacy. EasyAttachment is now enriched further by the support provided to the direct storing of the documents incoming from scanner, as well as the darg&drop of the e-mails so to store the text as well as the attachments! 

EasyBuilder also, the powerful tool able to develop customizations for Mago.net, will now include new features: from creating hotlinks in a truly intuitive way, to the simple management of the proposition order of the fields (tab-order). The new menu editor included in EasyBuilder allows adding reports and accounting objects in the Mago.net menu throughout the graphical interface.  

Hold on, there is more: many improvements regarding the international market as for example the equity statement report for Bulgaria or the net price rounding off per document regarding Poland and Romania.

Nine interesting improvements are available in the first service pack of 2011: New features in the administrative-accounting, manufacturing and inventory areas...in other words, there is enough for all!   

From an administrative point of view, a great deal of importance has been awarded to the traceability of the financial flows regarding public contracting (antimafia law n.136 and subsequently enactment 187): now Mago.net allows providing the CIG (Identification Code for Call for Tenders) and CUP (Project Sole Code) in all financial transactions that can be undertaken within the described context.
Another significant legislative adjustment regarding Italy consists in the updating of the annual declaration of the VAT data 2010.    

A new feature that is of sure interest to all Mago.net End Users is the introduction of the customer budget for specific items, merchandising categories and item kind, in order to obtain financial analysis of growing interest and accuracy.

To be more precise, there have been 16 improvements brought to the product by this new update. Further improvements for the Italian End Users in regards to the management of business operations engaged with countries having a favoured taxation and privileged tax systems (Black List). Expressly for Switzerland instead, the image updating as in regards to the Vat Report with official documents. Furthermore, the VAT rates utilised in Poland have been updated.     

A new procedure now allows aligning any change regarding the VAT rates in force: VAT default codes, buyer and supplier information, documents to be invoiced and so on, are all updated rapidly and efficiently by the procedure.   

The Manufacturing area is home to the excellent revision relating to the complex algorithm MRP (Material Requirements Planning): currently, under certain conditions, its speed is 5 times higher than before!
