In Mago.net the security access to all functions can be set in a very flexible manner, and can be configured and depict precisely who has the right to do what.
The security profiles can be defined for users or roles, and can be configured for different level of access (reading, writing, execution, etc.) both on the level of functional module access and also on the level of individual field access on a document.
It’s possible to combine the security of Mago.net with the security system of Windows and/or the security system of the applied database of Mago.net, keeping them separate or integrated (integrated security of Windows, Single Sign On). The database access credential can also be set in a manner that the user could not know them, therefore the user could access to application data only through the functions linked to its user profile.
The security information is applied on all functionalities of the software indipendently from the user interface, web or GUI (desktop).
Thanks to the Auditing module, you can keep certain information under control, whether you would like to check on an individual field or on a complete document to see who and when made any change on it and precisely which data was inserted or modified.
